Aurevia HR, was founded by Laura Frederickson, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, AI + HI, a Chief Human Resources Officer and recipient of the OnCon Top 50 CHRO awards in 2024 and 2025, with over 20 years of executive and people strategy experience in complex organizations. Aurevia HR™ illuminates the path and brings clarity and deep, real-world leadership to organizations navigating growth, transformation, and increasing complexity.
